Materials

Stainless/Titanium Steel
Our stainless/titanium steel products are suitable for those with sensitive skin as they are hypoallergenic and resistant to water/corrosion, making it perfect for prolonged wear. Do note that proper care still needs to be taken to ensure longevity of the products!

925 Sterling Silver
Jewellery made with 925 sterling silver are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. However, they are prone to oxidation and will turn a darker colour when exposed to surroundings. Do clean your sterling silver items with a polishing cloth when it happens to restore them to its original shine.

14K/18k Gold Plated
These products have a metal base with 14K/18k gold electroplated above it. The gold plating gives it its shine and protects the metal base. All our gold plated jewellery are plated over stainless or titanium steel, giving them an extra shine and elevates its luxurious look.

Processing Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days, but may differ based on order volume etc.

If you require your parcel urgently, do check with us before ordering and let us know when you'd need the parcel by, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

Delivery Duration
Delivery duration varies according to Singpost and we are not liable for any delays on Singpost’s end. Local delivery usually delivers within 2-5 working days, while international delivery can take up to 1 month to be delivered.

Similarly, for courier options, delivery duration will vary according to Qxpress and we are not liable for any delays, especially during peak periods. Courier usually takes around 1-2 days to be delivered after parcel has been collected by the delivery personnel.

Returns & Refunds
We are not responsible for any lost mail. In addition, please ensure that your address is provided correctly (including unit number and postal code). A re-delivery fee of $3++ will be incurred should your parcel get returned to us.

  • Store jewellery in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
