Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
We do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. All paid orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in instances of wrong sizing bought, change of mind etc.

However, in the event of a wrong/damaged item sent, do reach out to us via email or Instagram DMs.
While we place emphasis on conducting quality checks on every item prior to packing and dispatching them, mistakes and lapses in checks do occur. If you experience any breakage, tarnishing or malfunction in your pieces, do get in touch with us with your order number and photos of the product(s). We will assess the situation and propose either repairs, refunds, or prepare for a new piece to be resent to you. Additional costs (for postage & repairs) may incur depending on the situation.
