Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. All paid orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in instances of wrong sizing bought, change of mind etc.

Kindly check your order before proceeding with payment.

However, in the event of a wrong/damaged item sent, do reach out to us via email or Instagram DMs.


All our jewellery come with 1 month warranty. While we place emphasis on conducting quality checks on every item prior to packing and dispatching them, mistakes and lapses in checks do occur. If you experience any breakage, tarnishing or malfunction in your pieces, do get in touch with us with your order number and photos of the product(s). We will assess the situation and propose either complimentary repairs, refunds, or prepare for a new piece to be resent to you. All mailing costs to and fro (if applicable) will be borne by us.

After the 1 month mark, we will not be able to take responsibility for any breakage, tarnishing and malfunction as the longevity of the jewellery still largely depends on proper caretaking of the wearer. However, if it does happen, feel free to reach out for us if you’d like to arrange for a repair. Additional costs might incur and postage to and fro have to be borne by the customer.
