Processing Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 days, but may differ based on order volume etc.

If you require your parcel urgently, do check with us before ordering and let us know when you'd need the parcel by, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

Tracking Number
Tracking number will be provided after parcel has been dispatched. Do allow up to 2 working days for the Singpost personnel to collect and scan the parcels into the tracking system, and another 1-2 working days for delivery.

If you attempt to track your parcel and the system reflects "Item status not found in the system" or any other error messages, it means the Singpost personnel has yet to collect your parcel from the posting box.

Delivery Duration
Delivery duration varies according to Singpost and we are not liable for any delays on Singpost’s end. Local delivery usually delivers within 2-5 working days, while international delivery can take up to 1 month to be delivered.

Similarly, for courier options, delivery duration will vary according to Qxpress and we are not liable for any delays, especially during peak periods. Courier usually takes around 1-2 days to be delivered after parcel has been collected by the delivery personnel.

$5.50 flat rate
Redelivery fee for unsent parcel = $5.50, or self-collect from wrong address
*tracking number will be provided via email after parcel collection has been scheduled & picked up

Returns & Refunds
We are not responsible for any lost mail. In addition, please ensure that your address is provided correctly (including unit number and postal code). A re-delivery fee of $3++ will be incurred should your parcel get returned to us.
